Bengal Chris Henry did not fail his drug test and is not headed back to jail.
But, for several hours Monday, erroneous reports rolled across local and national airwaves and Internet sites stating just the opposite.
Early in the day, reports came out that the troubled football player had failed a random drug test last week, done as a condition of his probation for a conviction on gun charges in Florida.
Kenton County Attorney Garry Edmondson told reporters that he had received "unofficial" word that Henry had turned up positive for opiates in a test conducted by Kentucky Probation and Parole as part of its ...
