BOSTON, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The Ground Round, Inc., (Nasdaq: GRXR), a 200-restaurant chain based in Braintree, announced today a statewide campaign to promote literacy among adults and school children of Massachusetts. The program, called Ground Round-Up For Literacy, supports literacy Volunteers of Massachusetts (LVM), the state's largest private provider of volunteer literacy services. For a six-week period, Ground Round customers will support the effort by rounding up their guest checks, with their donations going directly to LVM.
