CHICAGO -- Global Hyatt Corporation announced today that it has reached an agreement in principle with Patagonia Virgin for the management of Park Hyatt Patagonia Resort in Frutillar, Chile, slated to open in 2009. The project will mark the first entry of an international hotel company into the Patagonia region of South America.
