May 23--OKLAHOMA CITY -- Private developers seeking to build four-star resorts at Grand Lake and Lake Texoma said they do not appear to have legislative support for incentives that are needed to enhance the facilities.
Peter Boylan is chairman and CEO of the Peninsula Resort and Club, which is developing a four-star resort at what once was Shangri-La at Grand Lake.
Boylan said he and Mark Fischer of Point Vista Development LLC, which is seeking to develop a four-star resort at Lake Texoma, need state incentives to build quality attractions beyond residential areas.
