DENVER, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Air Methods Corporation (Nasdaq-NNM: AIRM) today announced the signing of a five year contract, effective January 1, 1995, for the provision of helicopter and airplane air medical transportation services for St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Ore. The contract makes provision for an additional five year automatic renewal and continues the contractual relationship between Air Methods and St. Charles Medical Center which has existed since 1985.
St. Charles' flight program, known as "Air Life of Oregon," utilizes a Bell 222 helicopter and a Cessna 421 twin engine airplane. Both aircraft are medically equipped (outfitted) and are used ...
