Gang activity at center of shooting death trial: Man accused of organized criminal activity in death of fellow gang member.

May 24--Testimony continued Wednesday in the trial of a man accused of being one of the two trigger men in the shooting death of a fellow gang member in April 2005. The trial of Marcus Anthony Lopez, 26, of Corpus Christi centers on the charge that Lopez engaged in criminal activity when Graviel Molina, 28, of Victoria was shot and killed.

Lopez and three other men -- James Ray Martinez, Jose Luis Rosales and Jesse Noel Villarreal -- were charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and murder in connection with the death, according to a news release from the Victoria County District Attorney's office.
