HORSHAM, Pa., May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Four years into the Iraq War, employers are reporting some difficulties because of the active-duty deployments of civilian soldiers, according to a survey of human resource leaders by Human Resource Executive(R) magazine.
Almost one-quarter (23 percent) of HR executives surveyed said their workplaces have been impacted to "some" or a "significant" extent as a result of employees being called up for active duty by the Reserves or National Guard.
