A Midtown South parking facility, its value enhanced by a zoning designation that permits virtually any type of residential or commercial development on site, has just traded for $30 million.
Eastern Consolidated's Brian Ezratty, vice chairman, and Scott Ellard, director Financial Services, exclusively represented the seller of 38-46 West 33rd Street, ICON Parking, while Ezratty with Parviz Noghrey of Helmsely-Spear procured the purchaser, Hersel Torkian, a local owner operator of real estate and retail stores in Manhattan.
