Number of Russians living below poverty line will fall to 10.7% in 2010

MOSCOW. May 25 (Interfax) - A 65% increase in pensions and salaries that are higher than inflation will cut the number of Russians living below the poverty line in half by 2010 compared to 2003, Finance Minster Alexei Kudrin said.
