May 25--The third chapter of the high-seas adventure "Pirates of the Caribbean" comes to theaters, as the friends of Capt. Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) attempt to rescue him from a watery grave. To accomplish this, Elizabeth (Keira Knightley) and her fiance Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) have sought help from the villain of the first "Pirates" installment -- Capt. Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush).
The first epic, "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl," led to an Academy Award nomination for Depp; the second, "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest," broke a box-office record for biggest opening weekend. ...
