Gillian Anderson moves, rather like her character Dana Scully in The X Files, in mysterious ways. We first met in the dead of night a little over a year ago, while she was filming in Shropshire and just about to celebrate her first wedding anniversary to her second husband Julian Ozanne.
Everything was hunky dory: she was in love, they 'laughed a lot together' and there were no problems on the horizon.
Fast-forward to a few days ago. Anderson, 38, sits in a private club in London. The order of events that have happened since are ticked off clearly with a right forefinger pointing to the fingers on her left hand.
