Tips for advertising to 2.2 million Hispanics in San Diego, Tijuana
Everyone, it seems, is targeting the once-ignored Hispanic consumer -- both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking Hispanics.
And for good reason.
San Diego has the 10th-largest Hispanic market in the nation. The 2.2 million Hispanics in the San Diego-Tijuana region, the third-largest Hispanic market in the nation behind New York and Los Angeles, represent an estimated $5.6 billion in annual purchasing power.
That's too much market for any savvy advertising executive to ignore.
