MEXICO CITY, Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Consorcio G Grupo Dina S.A. de C.V. (NYSE: DIN/DIN.L) today announced that on Friday, February 3, the Company reached an agreement with its labor union, thereby avoiding the possibility of a strike in the truck, coach and plastic components plants.

Negotiations were carried out in conformity with the Emergency Economic Plan established by the Mexican government in January and included a general increase of 7% in union workers' salaries plus an additional 3% for productivity. This 10% increase was granted to workers in the truck, coach and plastic components plants.
