U.S. co-owners of Elinar-Broiler to sell stake to Russian partners over 5 yrs
ATLANTA. May 29 (Interfax) - The U.S. co-owners of the Elinar- Broiler poultry plant, a Russian-U.S. joint venture, will sell their stake to their Russian partners over five years, Jim Sumner, president of the USA Poultry and Egg Exporting Council (USAPEEC), told journalists.
In accordance with an agreement the two sides reached, the Russian company Elinar will buy back its 50% stake in the company from USAPEEC International Poultry Development Program (UIPDP) over five years, he said.
