WORCESTER - A former bodybuilding champion and owner of a defunct sports supplements store pleaded guilty yesterday in U.S. District Court to six counts of conspiracy and drug distribution.

Thomas J. Vigliatura, 38, answered "guilty" to conspiracy to distribute drugs known as GHB and GBL and to possess cocaine and Ecstasy as well as distribution of GBL and GHB. The conspiracy lasted from 2002 to 2004 with the distribution to cooperating witnesses occurring Feb. 4, March 4, March 13, and June 25, 2004, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney George W. Vien.
