May 31--MANCHESTER -- The executive director of a private group home for troubled girls was arrested Wednesday and accused of acting inappropriately with a 15-year-old girl in the program.

Streeter Seidell, the 57-year-old executive director of New Hope Manor, is accused of taking photos of the girl in a bikini he had bought for her and possibly using a hidden camera to photograph or videotape her in a bathroom changing into the bikini, police said.

Seidell, of 179 Horsepond Road, Madison, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, an unclassified felony, Sgt. John Maston of the Manchester Police Department's Child ...
