ANAHEIM -- After missing the Angels' past two games in New York, manager Mike Scioscia returned to the dugout Monday, but he probably wished he would have taken one more day off.
Adrian Beltre went 4 for 5 with two home runs and Richie Sexson hit a three-run home run as the Seattle Mariners snapped the Angels' three-game win streak with a 12-5 victory in front of 42,352 at Angel Stadium.
The Angels were coming off a 4-2 road trip in which they swept the Yankees over the weekend, the last two without Scioscia, who watched his son Matt graduate from Crespi High in Encino.
