GREENVILLE, S.C., May 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlanta based developer McChesney Investment Advisors received unanimous approval from the Greenville City Council for their mixed-use development. The proposed project is a 75-acre brownfield redevelopment of the former Hoechst Celanese fiber plant at the epicenter of interstate 85 and Woodruff Road. With retailers and restaurants scheduled in the first phase, the development is ultimately projected to include 4.5 million square feet of retail, office, residential and hotel space as well as a 2 acre linear public park.
