IRVING, Texas -- Elcoteq SE, global provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) for the communications technology industry, announces that Suresh Babu has joined Elcoteq as Communications Networks product development services director for Elcoteq Electronics (India) Pvt, Ltd.
