MELBOURNE, June 1 Asia Pulse - Credit Suisse PL100 - World Water Trust (WWT) (ASX:CSW) has listed on the Australian share market at a one per cent premium to its offer price of $1.
The managed investment fund successfully raised $A112.9 million ($US93.29 million), at $1 per unit, after being launched in March by Credit Suisse, the responsible entity PL 100 World Water, Equity Trustees Ltd and joint lead managers Macquarie Equities Ltd and Ord Minnett Ltd.
The shares started trading one cent higher at $1.01, with initial volumes of 102,000 shares, but rose another cent to reach $1.02 by 1032 AEST.
