The Wednesday night shows by the beloved local bluegrass ensemble Cork 'n' Bottle String Band at Ken's Bar were the stuff of legend.
Ken's is gone, but band members Greg Dierks and Steve Gotcher have revisited the old days with a new documentary that's a warm, witty and slightly woozy look back. The premiere was a Wisconsin Film Festival sellout last month, and now "The Ken's Bar Story" will have its official premiere at the Orpheum Stage Door Theatre at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Saturday.
