GERMANTOWN, Md. -- Multispectral Solutions, Inc. (MSSI), a leading provider of ultra wideband (UWB) systems, has received an FCC Part 15 rule waiver to allow the marketing of a higher power model of its UWB-based Sapphire DART Precision Asset Location System(TM).
