Jun. 2--Insurance documents obtained by The News Herald on Friday through a public records request detail a sexual harassment claim made by of one of former Bay County Property Appraiser Rick Barnett's employees.

Wanda Taylor received $60,000 in a settlement agreement with Barnett and has declined to discuss the issue publicly.

A letter written by Timothy Warner, an attorney for the Florida Association of County's Trust, to FACT Claims Examiner Georgia Boyer on April 9 detailed portions of Taylor's claim.
