NEW YORK -- Dan River Inc. has informed customers that it is going off sale for its dress shirt, uniform and sportswear fabrics, including top and bottomweights, until Thursday, due to unexpected escalation in costs.
Jim Martin, president of the Apparel Fabrics division at Dan River, told DNR Tuesday that "we will be off sale until Thursday, when we can go back to our customers after reassessing recent cost increases."
