One of "scaryteller" Al Chewning's favorite ghost stories is about the Cavalier Hotel .
According to the retired Virginia Beach firefighter, historian and professional storyteller, one of the most famous ghosts seen there belongs to Adolph Coor s, founder of the famous brewing company that bears his name .
"He died there in 1929," Chewning, 53, said. "He checked in in April, and his body was found outside the hotel on June 5."
