Jun. 3--Les Nordhagen is trying to slow down. But with the opening of his new combination Taco Bell and KFC restaurant in Eaton, it's not happening.
Nordhagen has been an owner of Taco Bell franchises since 1983, with several stores throughout northern Colorado. He also owned the Bubba's Bar-B-Que in Greeley, which he bought in 1992 and sold in 1998. Now, he's down to the Taco Bell in Windsor and the new store in Eaton, which he co-owns with his son-in-law, Jeremy Bell. Bell also will operate the restaurant.
Nordhagen also will soon build a new restaurant out near the Budweiser Events Center. The restaurant, which is called Nordy's Barbecue and Grill ...
