MERCEDES -- Ramona H. Ortiz, 99, passed away Thursday May 31, 2007 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco. She was born on August 30, 1907 to Cruz and Jesus Hernandez in Carrizo de Rubio Guanajuato, Mexico.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ramon, her sons Refujio and Pedro Ortiz, daughter-in-law Guadalupe Ortiz, son-in-law Candido Moreno and grandchildren Armando and Alejandro Ortiz.
Mrs. Ortiz is survived by her loving children, daughters Victoria (Agapito) Lopez and Josefina Ortiz, both of Mercedes and Carmen Moreno of Reedly, CA, her sons Enrique (Maria) Ortiz of McAllen and ...
