NEW YORK -- While ProFoot Inc. has grown to become the No. 2 brand in the retail foot care category, it remains a "niche" company in the sense that it bangs to market unique items that begin as niche products.
Synovium is an example of such a product, notes vice president Dan Feldman.
"Topical analgesics is a hot category, and people are embracing that form of selfmedication," he says. "What we have discovered is that one of the primary sources of pain is the feet, so we have created Synovium to alleviate that pain."
