ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- PNM Resources (NYSE: PNM) has hired a new executive to take the helm of its utility operations in both Texas and New Mexico.

Patricia Vincent will join the company June 25 and will report directly to PNM Resources Chairman, President and CEO Jeff Sterba. PNM Resources is the energy holding company that owns PNM.

Vincent comes to PNM Resources from Denver-based Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo), where she served as president and CEO. PSCo, a subsidiary of Xcel Energy, is a $3.8 billion electric and gas utility serving 1.3 million electric and 1.2 million natural gas customers throughout Colorado. Xcel Energy also provides ...
