NORTHFIELD -- Jessica Webber qualified and Austin's 4 x 200 meter relay team also made it to state after Saturday's finals in the Class AA, Section One girls track and field meet at Carleton College.
The top two individuals and top relay team automatically qualify for state. They are also able to qualify by meeting the state standard which is set by averaging the fifth placed finishes at the state meet over the last three years.
This was the case for the Austin Packers as they finished second in the 4 x 200 relay, but made the cut.
