Jun. 4--KUWAIT -- More calls were issued yesterday for a "political truce" over the planned questioning of Oil Minister Sheikh Ali Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah as the Islamic Bloc failed to reach a decision on the issue. Coordinator of the Bloc MP Ahmad Baqer, who hosted a meeting of the 17-member bloc, said that a decision regarding the bloc's position on the grilling was delayed for another week because the quiz has not been filed yet. The meeting was held amid differences between the bloc's members over the interpellation with the Islamic Constitutional Movement (ICM), which has six MPs, totally opposing the quiz along with a few others.
