Max Siegel, the new president of global operations for Dale Earnhardt Inc., a Mooresville North Carolina-based car racing company, is revving up the motor sports industry's drive toward increased diversity. Siggel, 42; oversees the entire organization, including marketing, promotion, sales sponsorship distribution and motorsports competition. The former senior vice president of Sony/BMG's Zomba Label Group and president of Zomba Gospel will now manage 400 people at Dale Earnhardt Inc. Similar organizations reportedly generate about $150 million in revenues.
