Hollywould's Holly Dunlap may be a regular on the benefit circuit, but her recent soire at the Russian Tea Room in support of TAPS had a personal significance. Dunlap's brother, Capt. John "Boots" Dunlap III, joined the military after 9/11, and currently serves as a Ranger in the 10th Mountain Division in Afghanistan. TAPS (which stands for Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors), provides peer support for those who have lost family members in the U.S. service.
