TOKYO, June 6 Asia Pulse - Eisai Co. (TSE:4523) will resume clinical trials in the U.S. and Europe of its drug for treating acute coronary syndrome.

If all goes as planned, the Japanese company expects to complete the testing as early as 2008 and apply for marketing approval in fiscal year 2011, hoping to release the treatment the same year.
