HOUSTON -- Landata Technologies, Inc. announced that Monroe County, N.Y., (Rochester) is awarding a contract to install the Landata e-STAR Plus land document recording system in 2007.
Upon completion of a technical review of the Landata e-STAR Plus System, Monroe County concluded that the e-STAR system offered the best value proposition.
