The future of distribution is alive and well in the hands of these second and third generation entrepreneurs
When he was 13, he cut the grass around his family's construction and industrial supplies business. At 16, he made deliveries and worked the service counter. By the time he went off to college, he had a good feel for the business, so when he graduated from Texas A&M with his second degree, he had both the academic and the practical training needed to come on board full time.
That was five years ago. Today, at the ripe old age of 29, Eric Holloway is president of Holloway Tools, a $10 million distributorship with two branches and 40 employees.
