Catalonia-based machine gaming/ operations giant Cirsa Group has begun implementing a corporate-wide restructuring that will combine recreational machines manufacturing with instant lotteries and electronic bingo to form a new division called B2B.
The aim of the merger is to enhance synergies and reduce costs without laying off any of the 525 workers employed in the two operations. "The aim is to be more competitive in these activities and to create a more efficient organization addressed to users," a company spokesman said.
