Closing this issue, I just realized that we're already at the six-month mark, half way through celebrating YACHTING's 100th anniversary. How did that happen? It seems like only yesterday we started planning for all this, our special issues, the anniversary coverage, the trips, the searches in yacht club and museum archives and the frantic calls to old friends and contributors asking if they could put their hands on, say, the October 1937 issue right now because we wanted to reproduce the cover, or a picture about what was then a revolutionary new design or piece of electronics (a radio direction finder, imagine ...
