WORCESTER - A drug dealer who pleaded guilty last week in U.S. District Court returned to court yesterday and said he will refuse an order to testify in the ongoing trial of his co-defendant.
Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV gave Thomas J. Vigliatura, 38, a night to reconsider. If the former owner of the T. Vig's Sports Supplements Unlimited store refuses again today in front of the jury in the trial of suspended Worcester Patrolman Heriberto Arroyo, he will be found in civil contempt of the court, the judge said.
Today is expected to be the last day of testimony. Judge Saylor issued the order compelling Mr. Vigliatura to testify. ...
