Jun. 8--A California native will take over the director position at The Ranch, Larimer County's Fairgrounds and Events Center in Loveland, officials said Thursday.
Bob Herrfeldt -- who most recently has been overseeing the development of an 18,000-seat arena being constructed in downtown Kansas City, Mo. -- will assume the duties on July 16 with an annual salary of $100,000.
He will replace Jay Hardy, who left the position in April.
