NEW YORK -- INCA Designs, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IDGI), formerly known as Transportation Safety Technology, Inc., changed its name to INCA Designs, Inc. in April in anticipation of closing the acquisition of S2 New York Design Corp., the owner of the popular INCA line of bags, swimwear, and resort wear. In conjunction with the acquisition that closed on May 31, 2007, the Company reconstituted its Board of Directors and named new officers.
Stacy Josloff and Stephanie Hirsch serve as the Company's Board of Directors. Josloff serves as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer and Hirsch serves as President and Secretary.
