COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- O.I. Corporation (NASDAQ:OICO) today announced that its Board of Directors has named J. Bruce Lancaster to serve as Chief Executive Officer and Donald P. Segers to serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Lancaster and Dr. Segers will also serve as Directors of the Company. Mr. Lancaster will continue to serve as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
