We know that the best wine sale you can make is out of your tasting room. It's about as simple as you can get: you make it, you sell it, you collect the profits, not somebody in the "system."
But the first step is to get the customer into the tasting room. With the winter holidays right at hand, the time couldn't be better. Your wine is snuggled safe in the barrel and you may have a little spare time on your hands. Why not have a party and invite the neighbors--and your best customers. (You do have a mailing list, don't you?)
