Jun. 9--Outback Steakhouse of Spartanburg has a new landlord.
The Australian-themed restaurant's property at 1646 John B. White Sr. Blvd. was sold by Lanford Investment Associates LLC to Alan Paul Holdings LLC for $770,000.
Commercial real estate firm Spencer/Hines Properties, which represented the seller, finalized the deal Thursday.
