FORMER Debrett's editor Charles Mosley has fears of Tony Blair's imminent resignation honours. 'I expect the worse from Blair,' he says. 'He has turned honours into another aspect of spin. We must brace ourselves for something twice as bad as Harold Wilson's Lavender List.' Mosley, who quit Debrett's after what he delicately calls 'differences of outlook', tells me he is now taking on the top people's bible by publishing a list of the 'honoured but unsung'.
He says: 'The great and the good are over-represented by my old employer we aim to go for more common achievers.
'I want to give a home to the 500,000 people in the UK alone who have been decorated ...
