U.K. property investor SLI acquires 35,800 sqm industrial portfolio in Hungary from peer Newland
BUDAPEST. JUNE 13. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - U.K. property investor Standard Life Investments (SLI) acquired a 35,800-square meter (sqm) industrial portfolio from Hungary-based real estate development company Newland Estates, transaction advisor Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced in a statement Wednesday.
"This was SLI's first investment in Hungary, which consists of two leased properties in Gyor [Western Hungary] and Jaszbereny [central Hungary], as well as a pre-leased forward purchase of a logistics warehouse in Budapest, due to be completed in 2007," ...
