Yeosu-City, Korea -- Mitsui Chemicals Polyurethanes Inc. and Korea Kumho Petrochemicals Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Kumho Asiana Group, have agreed to double the capacity of the MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) operated by their jointly owned Kumho Mitsui Chemicals Inc. subsidiary.
The unit is expected on stream by June 2009 and will bring total capacity of the Yeosu plant to 130 kilotonnes par year, according to a 13 ...
