BUDAPEST. JUNE 14. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - REAL ESTATE: Spanish Investor to Launch EUR 500 Mln Golf Course Project - The Spanish real estate development group Sedesa is to embark on a project aimed at establishing a golf course complex in Savoly of Somogy County, said the company's president, Vincente Codino. The EUR 500 mln investment is to be implemented on an area of 252 hectares, 150 of which will be the golf course itself, while 150,000 square meters of the plot will feature residential property, 1,000 apartments.
