Jun. 14--The Texas Music Festival has a double-dip of classical favorites for your summer listening pleasure.
On Friday, the TMF Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of Leon Spierer, will play Schubert's Overture in D Major, D. 590 "In the Italian Style"; Beethoven's Concerto in C Major for Violin, Cello, Piano and Orchestra, Op. 56 "Triple Concerto"; and Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 4 in A Major, Op. 90, "Italian."
Soloists will be violinist Andrzej Grabiec, cellist Stefan Reuss and pianist Joseph Werner.
The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. in Bryan's First Pres-byterian Church, 1100 Carter Creek Parkway. Tickets cost ...
