KUALA LUMPUR, June 15 Asia Pulse - Ecofirst Consolidated Bhd Thursday said its wholly owned subsidiary, Aras Flora Sdn Bhd, has obtained its certificate for change of name to J-Biotech EcoFirst Agro Sdn Bhd from the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 12 June 2007.

The new name took effect on 8 June 2007.

J-Biotech EcoFirst Agro is a joint-venture company between EcoFirst Agro-Industries Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary within the Group) and Johor Biotechnology and Biodiversity Corporation (JBBC).
